As part of immigration and citizenship application procedures, the Canadian federal government requires proof of language proficiency in French.
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada has recognized the TCF for these procedures since 2002. The appropriate TCF format for this is TCF Canada.
The TCF Canada is a mandatory test for economic immigration programs that require proof of language proficiency, as required by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
The TCF Canada is also essential proof of French language proficiency for obtaining Canadian citizenship.
